Hi - heads up to the author mostly. I ordered this book and the content did not match the description or title. It does not focus on 'finding a niche.' It had limited information on marketing that filled up about 8% of the Kindle content - not 314 pages as described. It then jumped to a new book on starting the restaurant business. Also - as an aside - there are numerous typos and incorrect use of words in the book. As one reviewed advised - get an editor - it really detracts from quality when the book is poorly written and edited.Product details

I just started this book a few minutes ago. I am pretty sure it is going to be a good read as far as the topic is concerned. However, for crying out loud, the author should have had someone proof read and edit this book. Within the first few pages there are so many grammatical errors it is ridiculous. Come on man, if your going to publish a product and sale it at least pay someone five bucks on fiver to do some editing for you.
